The community is invited to join the Alex LeVasseur Memorial Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and the Brentwood YMCA for the unveiling of the newly reconstructed skate park in honor of Alex LeVasseur, featuring three songwriters rounds, open skating and skate contest, and auction of a guitar autographed by all songwriters, including Jeffrey Steele, father of Alex LeVasseur, along with Bob DiPiero, Craig Wiseman, Lari White, Chuck Cannon, Kip Raines, Tom Hambridge, Bart Allmand, and Pearl Heart. Welcome and ribbon-cutting at 2:00 p.m., and auctioning of autographed guitar at 5:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
